I predict a diet
I stepped on the scales this morning and to my shock i was 15 stone 6 pounds thats 1 pound short of 15 1/2 stone or 216 pounds. Everyone goes through a period when they gain weight, for me it was 2 years ago when i gained 2 stone in about 8 months and ive not been able to lose it since.
I don’t blame my diet so much i mainly blame my beer consumption. Throughout my 20′s i drank between 3 and 5 nights a week. Every week!
It’s the culture in this country… Wedding: lets get pished and celebrate, funeral: lets get pished and drown our sorrows, weekend: no work tomorow so lets get pished. Mid-week football matches: lets go down the pub and watch it…oh and while were there lets get pished.
Enough is enough its time to get that 2 stone back off! From now on its cereal in the morning and weight watchers meals for lunch and dinner. If im hungry at night il take a piece of fruit and most importantly NO MORE BEER! I swear i wont have a pint or any alcoholic drink until ive shed this 2 stone. I’d like to have a drink at the new year so ive got four months to do it, if i fail then i’l stay sober at the bells and keep going sober until ive hit the target, even if it takes a year! 13 stone 6 pounds here we come.
