Back at the Gym

i went to the gym last night for the first time in ages.  My previous attempt at a diet failed spectacularly and im still 15 and a half stone.  I feel like the male version of a munter!

So the new plan is exercise.  Four trips to the gym a week.  Plus eat healthier, and only drink at weekends and/or if there is a definate shag available i might take a drink to aid me, even if its a week night.  Other than that im on a strict no beer regime.

Drastic action has to be taken, because, im starting to get funny looks off people that havn’t seen me for a while, that look that says “what a fat bastard”.  No one has called me a fat bastard yet, but its in the post. A couple of folk have said things like “you’ve packed on a bit of beef” and “did you use a boomerang to put your belt on this morning?”  but no one has uttered the immortal “you’ve turned into a right fat bastard”!  yet.

My target is to drop two stone down to 13 1/2 stone. I think it will take the whole winter.
