Rock and Chips
This is the prequel to one of my favourite shows ever, Only Fools and Horses. Its set in 1960 when Del boy and co are all teenagers and Rodney hasn’t been born yet. Grandad is in it along with Del’s parents Joan and Reg. Theres also a suprise role for one of the original cast, i wont spoil it for you.

I was bitterly dissapointed with this, Didn't feel like the only fools and horses characters, Felt as if it was taking itself too seriously, and didn't reveal anything that we didnt already know. I think it could have been much much better.
i thoroughly enjoyed it. thought it captured the era perfectly. it was quite serious in parts and id almost class it as a black comedy.
not sure if this was a one off or just the pilot for a new series. it was 90 minutes long and id imagine if it went to a series with 30 minute episodes it would much more resemble the original show.
