The best hobby in the world ?

In a few weeks im giving up football forever. Probably wont even play fives anymore, my knees have had enough.

I need a great new hobby to replace the old habbit of a lifetime.

What is the best hobby in the world?

Im looking for…. 1) Fun 2) Excitement 3) Entertainment 4) A Challenge 5) A Reward

Im not interested in anything mental like Ninjitsu or Bungee Jumping. I want something that is exciting and recognized as a sport so i could win things. Something that i dont need to be gifted to be to be good at, and something that doesn’t require hunners of fitness.

Im thinking surfing or some kind of flying but im open to ideas so this is your chance to inspire me.

That’s the game just finished. They drew one each. Regardless of the score there will be battles. Its always a tense day. Apparently more partners get assaulted on auld firm day than any other time of the year. “Pass the salt dear” BANG! “get it yourself”

I probably wont go out tonight. If i do i’l watch my step. I may even have some interesting camera footage later on. Its a dangerous old day in this part of the world!

That’s Craig Levein just been confirmed as the new Scotland manager. I think he’s a good choice. He’s taken on one of the toughest jobs in football, and im sure he knows it. The Tartan Army are a fickle bunch when it comes to managers and he needs to start with a win.

Squeamish

Our centre midfielder Stevie Dobbin broke his leg at football today. If your squeamish you might not wish to view the video.

Im gutted for him, he’s a great wee player who trialled for Chelsea and i hope to be showing his comeback video asap.

I’ve been lucky enough to avoid bad injuries throughout my playing days, the worst i ever got was torn ankle ligaments, in the summer i decided to quit while i was ahead and after seeing this today im glad i did.
